This 90 square meters building is a multi use space designed to be used for whatever can being imagined. The open floor plan with native wood flooring and 50 cm thick walls are made of stucoed straw bale construction. This is the 6th straw bale house Kit Nuzum has made and is his very best effort. It has the distinction of being the southernmost straw bale house in Chile. It is a great space for workshops, bunk house, meeting area, rental unit or party house. It has a large bathroom, fully functioning kitchen and lots of storage space. Kids love the loft.
